Terms of Service

Lankio Learn is an Italian-learning platform for Sinhala speakers: a dictionary, free A1 lessons, quizzes, vocabulary packs, downloadable PDF resources, and a paid premium tier with additional lessons and resources.

You can use the free parts of the site as a guest, with no account. Creating an account requires a valid email address (or a Google account) and lets your progress sync across devices. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Premium access is a one-time payment processed by Stripe, granting ongoing access to premium lessons, vocabulary packs, and resources tied to your account. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

[Requires legal review] A specific refund policy and process has not been defined anywhere in the application. EU consumer law generally gives a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases, including digital content, though this right can be validly waived for content made available for immediate access with the customer's explicit consent at checkout — whether that consent is currently captured, and what refund process (if any) applies, should be confirmed and documented here by a qualified advisor.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mass-download, or attempt to bypass access controls on premium content.
• Share your premium account access with people who have not purchased it.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the WhatsApp or email contact channels for spam, harassment, or unrelated solicitation.

Lesson content, translations, vocabulary, and platform design are owned by Lankio. You may use them for your own personal learning; you may not republish, resell, or redistribute them.

We aim to keep Lankio Learn available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is," without guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for losses arising from temporary downtime or errors in content.

We may update these terms or the service over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the current terms.
